Come on bro...the cnn town hall was staged...other students did come forward saying CNN didn't want them in the air cause they wouldn't follow the narrative
Of course they're coached. I mean when Dana Loasch tried explaining that this was the sheriffs fault they changed the subject and went back to blame the NRA
Fact is this....the sheriff had been called several times about this guy, HE CALLED THE SHERIFF warning him. The cops had been called on him several times, he had assaulted people and made death threats via social media. The FBI had leads on him
If he had been arrested and charged just one with a felony, he couldn't have legally obtained a gun.
Owning a gun is a right, end of story, and I don't even own a gun.

CNN is pure garbage.

Let's say we ban the AR-15. Mass shooters will simply use a different weapon, now what?
Well ok I'll bite.
Let's say you guys ban the AR-15 & then if there's a significant pattern to the "next gun of choice", ban that too?
How about, as a social experiment, ban the sales of assault rifles just for 2 years & see if it makes a difference at all, regarding mass shootings.

Is there even any evidence that he legally obtained the gun?
I recall an article where a gun shop owner denied all responsibility for selling a mass shooter his weapons but I can't remember which specific mass shooting he was referring to...
To backtrack a little bit, I remember someone mentioning fingerprint scanners on a gun in order to make them safer. Here is a kid working on that very thing and they mention that it's not very reliable as of yet and the tech would run about $250.

Seems like a good start. Imagine what could be achieved with the resources of a large manufacturer.

I still haven't even seen a single valid argument for banning these weapons.
They aren't used in most shootings and in fact usage of them is quite rare.
"Liberals are butthurt" and "uninformed teens are whining" are not valid reasons. And I'm pretty sure we've had school shootings where rifles weren't used with high body counts.
EDIT: Found it, Virginia Tech.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virginia_Tech_shooting
Check the guns used. Check the body count. 2 pistols. 33 dead.
