Superman - conceptually is currently in the abstract tier since merging with Preboot superman. However, average showings put him in high trans to sky father tier.
Ultraman - From forever evil? Is solid trans, stomps surfer.
Bizzaro - more powerful? Yes. More intelligent? No.
Mr. Majestic - Faster, stronger, and more powerful than surfer.
Captain Marvel - entire tier above surfer.
Orion - in the sky father tier, would stomp surfer.
Lobo - no comment.
The issue is that the majority of DC's heavy hitters are all in the high trans to skyfather tier, they are simply just on a higher level of power than surfer.

Meh. Trolling is as much a part of KMC as debating. Yea it can be annoying and some do it way more than others but it is what it is. We already know who will say what prior to entering a thread so its kinda absurd to get butthurt when they do what they do.

Surfer has defeated hulk a few times. He also wrecked hulks warbound and hulk in planet hulk while weakened. Yea they ended up winning because surfer wanted to but he was whooping their asses. He wrecked Orion. Superman was amazed at his power. He is always considered the power house when he shows up. The dude freaking put his board in a Planet and rode the planet who the hell does that. He has trapped captain marvel in his board before. Wrecked gladiator. Defeated morg. Casually destroys planets. He is just better than superman.
