No, it means that Durok wasn't able to stay conscious during the time travel for some bizarre reason. Otherwise he was far stronger than both Thor and Surfer.

Who used the ability? Who started the time Travel? If it's Surfer, then that's his feat. Was it strange? Sure,I guess, but unless some other notable event was shown to be responsible for the KO, what we have in front of us is Surfer using an ability and Durok being KO'd because of it.
That doesn't mean he's more powerful, it just means it was a rare case where he scored a victory on someone above his weight class. And it was in his early career, where he was supposedly a little more respected.
