Funny you stated this 4 Pages ago and yet here we are discussing feats that have nothing to do with RELATIVE character performance against Trans Tier characters and above.
Except instead of a Black Hole they're talking about Big Bang stuff as if this actually matters! GL Kyle Rayner on panel was going to CONTAIN Imperiex Big Bang during OWAW. Does this make him more powerful than Superman, heck no. Superman has walked through everything he's got and in the same story Kyle Rayner couldn't even defeat a single Imperiex Probe.
Even Hal Jordan has explicitly had his Will compared to the spark of creation during that whole Volthoom arc, another Big Bang reference and he's also no where near the power of Superman.
You'd think they'd list the characters Norrin has beaten with his own power and compare it with Superman but that's apparently too difficult to do and they've got to start talking about irrelevant feats.
So far we've got
Cable (who is not Trans Tier and was multi-tasking and burning out but we'll give it Norrin)
Beta Ray Bill (another not Trans Tier)
Durok (who was ko'd by time travel and not Norrin but we'll give it to Norrin)
For Superman just off the top of my head

Doomsday
Despero
An army of Imperiex Probes
Disciple w/powers of Elder God
Gog
Replikon w/powers of Justice League
Earth Man w/powers of Legion of Superheroes

It's not really comparable in the slightest so the obfuscation will continue for another 4 pages before someone posts a list of Norrin actually defeating trans tier and up characters. So far we've got borderline Durok and that wasn't the cleanest of wins, Krosakis, blowing off the hand of an incompetent IG wielder Rune from Ultraverse, and the very convoluted Uni-Lord situation.

Surfer explicitly needed the ship in order to survive into the next Universe, otherwise he wouldn't have. By hanging on to the ship, he outruns the destruction of the previous Universe and finds himself in the void, watching the new Universe take shape:
At no point was he hit with anything.

Massive feat any way u look at it. Surprising for a herald, I guess? But Surfer is usually considered in the high end of heralds and has a bevy of wtf feats. So not really all that surprising in the end.

No, before I get backlash (lol), please understand: Superman, Ultraman, Lobo, etc. can certainly defeat the Silver Surfer. They have different qualities that can give them the upper hand in a fight with Surf. However, over-all the Silver Surfer is more powerful. He simply has more abilities and more variety over matter and energy. How strong or powerful any of his attacks would be against the list is up for further debate, but none of these characters are at the Silver Surfer's level of general power or ability.
Ex: While Superman is definitely physically stronger than the Silver Surfer, that is about the only proven advantage he has on him. In other areas of combat or power, the Silver Surfer would still outclass Superman. The Silver Surfer wouldn't defeat Superman with ease, of course, that would be a very difficult fight for him and one he can lose - but Surfer just has more ways to win.
None of these characters, over-all, can truly be classified as being "more powerful" than the Silver Surfer. But not being more powerful doesn't mean you can't defeat the opponent. 😉
