According to the US Census, whites make up 76.6% of the population. Already, we can see that white's are underrepresented in the top 1%.

Black make up 13.3% of the population.

Both populations are underrepresented by about ~90%.

If you're pointing out where you got your wrong information, that's fine. Forgive me for thinking you were trying to prove yourself correct. But if you are trying to peddle that as accurate information in the face of Huff-Po's article that disagrees with you, man....I don't even know where to begin.

Firefly wasn't the one who put the "white" aspect in. that was the OP, Squall X, and Double D.

Firefly was simply responding to them on the terms of discussion they had set.

A. Fly has made clear he doesn't consider "white" as synonymous with "rich and powerful". Most rich and powerful people in America are white. That doesn't mean critiquing the rich and powerful is synonymous with critiquing white people as a whole. He's defending the critique of the rich and powerful who happen to be mostly white.

B. Fly has repeatedly made clear he doesn't take issue with white people as a whole. He's defending the critique of induviduals who happen to be white. Double D is trying to twist that into Fly defending the critque of all white people.

Simply put, there is no racism present here. In order to prove that, you would have to show me Fly attacking white people on the basis of their skin color.
