Who wins?

Dooku wins. Better feats, by far.

I think Snoke is more powerful in the Force, but I don't know if that will be enough because in close quarters he dies badly.

Dooku was a light saber bad ass and used Force lightning.

Snoke used TK and had zero saber feats.

Dooku stomps.

Dooku has pretty bad ass TK feats as well tbh (ragdolling Kenobi).

Dooku is a Sith Lord, Snoke is a wannabe riding the coat tails of Palpatine.

Dooku stomps and it isnt even close.

While I agree with your post, I think Snoke also used FL. Very brief zap, against Kylo early in TLJ.
