Aside from what was already expected, liked the cameos they had for King Cold, the Ginyu Force, and such, tho that was about it.

It's cool to see the Saiyans firmly under Freeza's thumb... Though I'm not sure why he's armorless in this? Even in Minus Freeza was still wearing his 'classic' armor:

Freeza is also fully pink for some reason, but whatever.

I'm curious if they'll sneak in the bit about Beerus ordering Freeza to destroy planet Vegeta, or just leave that out to make Freeza seem more ruthless..?

I'm just beyond happy that the floating Saiyans in the tanks are Goku, Vegeta, and Broly (At least I think that's Broly that King Vegeta walks past to see Vegeta).

I was so worried Toriyama after watching the Broly films was going to be like "Well one is Broly, the second is a Broly who will arrive if the first Broly is defeated, and the last one is a Bio Broly..think of him as the enhanced version of Broly!"

Now I'm just hoping that Paragus doesn't genetically modify Broly's S-Cell count while they're off-planet together for all those years. ermm

I don't think they want Frieza to be as ruthless anymore. Seems like they was to redeem him a bit which might be why they took the decision out of his hands to destroy the Saiyans

Nevermind. I saw the trailer and it seems like Frieza is just a dick

I wanted to see Frieza eating some soup and then have it revealed that there is a baby saiyan tail floating on it.

You know, to humanize the character.

So even though it's not a surprise to anyone, V-Jump confirmed that the necklace we see Broly wearing is a device created by Paragus to control Broly when he goes berserk. It is also confirmed that Paragus once served King Vegeta, but now has "a terrifying goal in mind."

Evidently these are Broly's "big secrets".

So no "clone of Kale" bs. Broly is his own thing.

No, but the possibility of Broly being "enhanced" by Paragus is still there... but I'm hoping that fear of mine doesn't pan out. That said, there are several obvious parallels between Broly and Kale, so I'll be surprised if *some* kind of comparison between them isn't made in this film.

When both get pissed they transform into a massively powerful, bulked-up, green-haired form that is wholly unlike any 'traditional' form of SSJ -- and while in this form, both go completely berserk. Kale's form was also referred to as the "Legendary Saiyan" in the manga, so who knows wtf Broly will be..? /shrug

Maybe it will be revealed Frieza destroyed Saiyan planet on Beerus command.

Will say I like the fish out of water angle they're going with Broly. He grows up in the wild kinda in a similar way to Goku, only difference being Goku had friends while he was alone.

The DB Official Site interviews Lemo VA Tomokazu Sugita. Apparently the last scene of the movie is really something, as Sugita only states: "Goku finally...!"

Obviously a pretty ambiguous, open-ended comment, but some are suggesting that it leans toward the possibility that Gogeta will likely fail against Broly for whatever reason(which was expected), and then Goku unlocks MUI... Maybe.

Or it's just a red herring.
