If we take what Corran said at facw value he's saying Kun>Reborn Palpatine lol. However, I would like to point out the JA series in general is a bit odd. I forgot the context but Leia at one point says not even a Jedi master could have summoned a mere tornado.

And sure, Sheev's accolades from word-of-mouth are to be taken with a grain of salt, but so many objective, third-person sources mirror what those characters say that there's not much of a point in doubting it.

Exactly at what PT/OT writers get. Palpatine's accolades don't come from his Force strength alone. Palpatine's accolades are a mix of all(he has a bit from everything) That's why he managed to do what Sith predecessors couldn't.

Exar Kun isn't a weakling, but when you've got Malak's seminal fluid pouring out of your orifices then who's surprised? Kun's Sheev tier and there's literally no argument against it.

Some of the Ancients, not the Exiles. Given the kind of scaling that goes on for guys like Hord and Ragnos, that line of thinking doesn't do Malak any favors.
