It's a little too early for me to make any serious claims, but as of this point Darkseid has the Challenger beat in the feat dept. I wouldn't normally make feats the sole reason for making a hard decision but at this point the Challenger failed to even Hurt the Hulk. The Hulk was bfr'd and only suffered superficial damage. The Grandmaster was either destroyed or sent/shunted away so again, not much can be said until a later time.

grandmaster looks pretty strong
The problem is, this always happens when a new villian/hero is introduced. Let’s not forget how strong someone like Grail was when she was introduced in Darkseid wars. She pretty much devastated the entire Justice League at the time. Now? She’s barely able to keep Jason away from her.
So let’s wait a few issue because we jump the gun. But if we have to, I’d say it’s 60/40 DS

Why must we always go from one extreme to the other? Carver is an idiot, but Darkseid is hardly a supreme level being. The entire plot of the Wonder Woman and his very goal currently demonstrates that he is anything BUT a supreme level being.
Child DS was not killing Skyfather level beings unless I missed a comic? Teenage Darkseid managed to beat Zeus but it was explicitly through energy absorption. He was leeching Zeus' power the entire fight.
And this is mostly impressive because we are pre-supposing a Skyfather level similar to the beings we are a familiar with. Which is fair, but if we do the same for Grandmaster, the Challenger one-shotted him.
I give Darkseid the win personally simply because he's been around longer at this point and has much higher extremes such as Final Crisis obviously but the idea that it's not even close, based on the current portrayal is ridiculous.

Based on his status and penis stroking, you think presupposing a Skyfather level for him is somehow worse than...current Zeus? Who's only showing that I know of is losing to Darkseid (I think he beat the First Born in a flashback?)? Because that was my main point.

Current marvel Zeus who got out of a fight because a titan threw a spear at him and got killed by Typhon in his child form? That Zeus?
Because contrary to what you think Greek Gods in DC are not weak by any measure. Heck Ares himself has feats that put many skyfathers to shame.
