Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Apparently it's only 7 minutes of added footage PLUS a Stan Lee tribute.

^ 7 minutes is quite a lot tbh

Well, it's more than your average post-credits scene, at least.

Well the Avatar film apparently had an extra 9 minutes, lol.

Its 40mill away so I think the boost will get it to no.1.

As for Avatar being re-released, that re-release was only in 3D and they werent chasing a specific number.

Also even if Endgame beats it, whats stopping Avatar doing another re-release just before Avatar 2 to gain the title again Lol

Disney owns Avatar, so unless Cameron kicks up a stink about it, I doubt they'd re-release it.

Disney likes their revisionist history.

Avatar was in theatres for like a year and it had a re release.
Endgame had been in theatres for 3 months.

Probably only if Cameron tries to yeah... But it could benefit Disney to market Avatar 2 as the sequel to the most successful film of all time.

They want big things from Avatar and Star Wars films looking at the way they have reserved the December release dates for both.

Because the demand to watch Avatar lasted a year.

Avengers was all front loaded (like most comic book films) so has ran out of steam in 3 months.

I could see Avatar 2 making bank either way. Who knows, maybe they will think that re-releasing Avatar in the run-up to it is a good idea.

^ I guess they would prefer Endgame to have the title, as that was made under them. Avatar wasnt made under them and they paid wayyyy too much to acquire it.

Thank you, Inhuman.

Both are kinda crap films.

Well, you are the crappiest poster we have here, that's for certain.

You needed the help from several posters to learn how to post gifs properly.

Just take your own life, Fly. You know you're a worthless bag of shit.

Give me a proper rimjob, then I may consider gently kissing your filthy buttocks, you imbecile.

endgame will re-release at least 4 times just like avatar, but it'll do it imo

movie records are no different than sports records, at some point whether it is indeed endgame or some other film, avatar will go down..

of course all i'll do is just laugh at all the ignorant moronic crybaby whiners

Thank you, Inhuman.

What he said doesnt mean anything though. Endgame wont last 6months in theatres, let alone a year.
