Infinity Guantlet wasnt big enough for Ant-Man in his Giant form.
Plus Feige confirmed Banners intellect was important for the snap to work as effectively as it did (like not having people who vanished from a plane reappear in mid air).
And on top of all that they went out of their way explaining how Hulk was the perfect guy for the snap die to the gamma radiation the stones were emitting.
So even with that huge advantage he still lost an arm. Lame.
And not one fight.

Huh? He didn't lose his arm. It's badly burned, but he still has it, and he's in the final fight in several shots.

Cap went back to a reality that he had previously visited to return the stones. It makes far more sense that he would stay in one of those with Peggy than create a new one. At least to me anyway.

When he was running in to battle at the end, it wasn't limply hanging by his side, so I'm guessing that's going to be some revisionist history on their part.
That and it would be kinda dumb if he shows up in an eventual movie with just one arm.
