Surfer would get his head stomped in. It would be a complete curbstomp. Sure, in theory, red solar radiation could be employed, but it wouldn't likely happen, and would probably not be enough most times it's tried.

Note: didn't SBP originally have no red solar weakness?

Yes, but that's after the feat and not really useful.

Surfer has an open power set and more versatile but raw power wise he is a step below Superman.

ehhh, that's arguable. He's fought being in a black hole during his fight with red shift. If the godhead statement doesn't count, what's the power scaling/quantifiable level for the feat...? Solar system?
