The Annihilators are nothing compared to the combined power of strongest members of the the Legion of 3 Worlds(3 LAr Gands - Pre-Crisis/Post IC Mon-El, Post ZH Valor and threeboot Mon El, Andromeda, 3 Ultraboys, 1 few Wildfires, etc)-- SBP stomped them, easily, along with Sodam Yat with the Power of the entire GLC(7200 GL rings worth of power), together.
SBP would mudstomp Odin, let alone puny Thanos.

Based on knowing the basics about these characters, for starters. The fact that you are even quesationing this is laughable. the running subplot in Annihilators was that only 3 memebers - BRB, Surfer and Gladiator -- that were Alpha Class.
...Everyone I just cited was top tier/Alpha Class among the msot powerful members of the most powerful team in comics. And you forgot the easily Skyfather Class Ion Sodam Yat, who he stomped alongside the others.

OKThanos admits he won't make it easy for Thanos and then continues to attack him throughout. Even after he gets his arm snapped he continues to attack. Only when he gets knocked down and beaten on does he relent.
He brought him there to kill him but that doesn't mean he let him beat him. It's not a complicated subject. Where that places him in relation to those other beings matters little to what I said.
All I will say with 100 percent fact is that it places him way beyond King Thor. Thanos will always kill Thor
