He's a couple steps above most Dc heroes n villains, but not par with the Mad Titan

Thanos has been injured by Hawkeye, random edged weaponry and stomped by the Avengers.
nothing you cited is even close to SBP at peak confidence. Hal can take out Emotional Spectrum entity(6 Galactus class beings) amped Krona-- and would absolutely tear through Thanos' hide. He blasted through SBP's arm-- as SBP was trashing the entire GLC singlehandedly.

Superboy did well due to his , yes, DYNAMIC stats, Gladiator style(or, more accurately, Pre-Crisis Superman style-- This is the basis of Gladiator's powerset per Byrne) being used against him. Anyone citing Bart, Kon or the titans as demonstrating they have nothing to say about the character's power levels.
The Annihilators are nothing compared to the combined power of strongest members of the the Legion of 3 Worlds(3 LAr Gands - Pre-Crisis/Post IC Mon-El, Post ZH Valor and threeboot Mon El, Andromeda, 3 Ultraboys, 1 few Wildfires, etc)-- SBP stomped them, easily, along with Sodam Yat with the Power of the entire GLC(7200 GL rings worth of power), together.
SBP would mudstomp Odin, let alone puny Thanos.

Namor, Ms America, Carol Danvers have all injured Thanos. He was also shitstomped by ultimates.
