MCU Thor vs MCU Hulk compared

Hulk is the Strongest (raw strength) Avenger for now yes. I agree. But you can't say Hulk looked better against Ultron Prime because Hulk didn't fight Ultron Prime.

Currently my list of most powerful Avengers after IW:

1. Thor with Stormbreaker
2. Dr. Strange (dead)
3. Scarlett Witch (dead)
4. Vision (dead)
5. Hulk
6. Iron Man
7. everyone else.

I know I just isn’t see him overpower Hulk in the same manner. I can’t see Thor rag doll the Hulk like he did to him because Hulk is the brute not Thor.

Thor is at the top now with the axe. Strange is so has he’s hard to place especially when he had the time stone. I’m interested in seeing what they show with Captain Marvel. I’m sure the battles we see in Infinity War will pale in comparison to Avengers 4.

I hope you're right about the last part. Russos have said it will be "More intense" or something like that. I can't wait.

With Captain Marvel joining the fray, Hulk no doubt coming back with a vengeance, and Thor still possessing his axe how could it not.

Cap Marvel is confirmed to be by far the most powerful. She can punch moons away apparently and fly through stars.

Punch moons away wtf

If they end up making Captain Marvel that OP after nerfing Thor, Hulk and Thanos....I'm gonna be pretty ****ing pissed.

Well, Thanos is the main threat so she can’t be logically up to him. I imagine Thor and the Hulk will bring different strengths to the table still. I imagine Hulk will still have brute strength whereas Thor is still the god of thunder with his own abilities, whereas she will be just another powerful character of her own merits. Thanos is the big bad of the marvel universe that won’t change.

Female empowerment methinks. I think the MCU (and Disney) got tired of all the complaints about them not making female superhero movies or strong female characters that they decided their first female superhero movie would have the strongest superhero of all.

Kind of a cheap move if you ask me, especially when you consider how nerfed Scarlet Witch is.

Guys just relax this is Kevin Feige we are talking about here. No one would have believed this was even possible to put together 19 successful films in a row like this so I’d say they have earned the benefit of the doubt. Nothing lasts forever but Avengers 4 with the Russos and Thanos will be the climax to something so ambitious and deemed impossible we might never see anything work this well ever again.

Yeah, it should be obvious to everyone that isn't a retard- that Thor is far superior to Hulk, these days.

Sure, Hulk might have had the slight edge over Thor before, but God mode Thor manhandled the Hulk and almost put him down with just two hits. If you think that Hulk would have had a chance, if that fight had continued- you're in denial. Another good hit or two and Hulk would've been a goner.

Also, we saw in IW, that Thanos used the space stone(or power stone, I can't remember which it was) on Thor. He never used it on Hulk, and still proceeded to beat the ever-living shit out of him. Thanos quite literally boxed Hulk into submission, even after Hulk landed a vicious sneak-attack on him- presumably in the first exchange Thanos had with Hulk(hence Loki's "introduction" of Hulk). Bringing up how Thor was off-panelled, so-to-speak, is totally facetious- considering he was facing Thanos equipped with the f-ing power or space stone. Hulk never experienced the stone, and still got whooped like a red-headed stepchild.

Also, let's not forget- THOR WITH STORMBREAKER COULD HAVE KILLED IG THANOS. That's ****ing insane. Hulk wasn't even able to make base Thanos BLEED, something even Ironman was able to do. At this point, there's just no comparison to be had between Hulk and Thor. Sure, there was during the first avengers movie, and even up until Ragnarok- but not anymore.

My list of the top avengers goes something like this-

1. Thor w/SB
2. Dr. Strange(dead)
3. Thor Godmode w/out a weapon
4. Scarlet Witch(also dead)
5. Ironman(super impressive in IW's- making Thanos bleed, which no one short of Godmode Thor w/SB was able to come close to)
6. Hulk
7. Vison(dead, also seemed remarkably unimpressive in IW's- even getting saved by Captain America- twice)
8. Captain America/Black Panther(dead)- both seemed about equal
9. Spiderman(dead)- potentially higher than even Cap and maybe Vision, if he knew how to get serious in a fight
10. Everyone else seemed massively unimpressive. Even Dr. Strange seemed like a wimp, until he fought on par with Thanos

Also- yeah, can't wait to see Captain Marvel come into the fray. I won't be too mad about her being the strongest Avenger, as long as she isn't up to the task of, say- fighting on par with IG Thanos? That'd piss me off, of course.
