Characters have high and low showings. You can't equate one showing with another.

Also, Gladiator breaking the constructs has nothing to do Galactus. Galactus used beams of energy, Gladiator used physical force.

You don't know how strong Quasar made the bonds he put on Gladiator.

The planet bashing feat by Gladiator is a one off. He has no other feats that are remotely close. His average is around Savage Hulk. He engages Colossus for a prolonged battle,etc.
