No, I do not think she would beat him but I also do not think he is powerful enough to replicate it.

Rey doesn’t have very good control over her force strength. She isn’t capable of using the full extent of her power against Snoke. If she could, I doubt it would have been as easy for Snoke to rag doll her as it was in that scenario.

True, but I don’t see how Luke or Sid can’t replicate it. Luke has moved Blackholes you know. Sidious created a Force Storm that was extremely powerful. I don’t see how either can’t replicate what Rey has done.
