So basically a Jedi who can do almost nothing to Vader stands a threat.

This reminds me of the Jocasta Nu issue...

Per the events of Dark Disciple(it is a novelization that I'm guessing you haven't read), Quinlan could most certainly 'do something' against Vader if he went all-out.

It is nice to see a challenge, but I don’t find Vos any stronger than Plo Koon...

At least he would do better than poor ol’ Nu.

Also some issues ago master Baar told one of his disciples to look for Yoda, Kenobi or Vos to complete her training. It’s unlikely for obvious reasons that she will find the first two, but maybe Vos.. Those two together may do something interesting

I just finished reading this novel yesterday and that is what sparked my question. I'm not sure they will kill him in a comic because he seems to be popular with the fans.

Maybe we'll see him again in the Clone Wars season 7.

I have a feeling we'll see her again perhaps as she was the only one that was force sensitive.

yes, I doubt they will ignore her, otherwise they would have killed her off in that issue as well
