Very cool issue, didn’t like much the design of this new Jedi but who cares. Aniway, didn’t the Count leave the Jedi Order after Jinn’s death in the Eu? Now it sounds like he left it before TPM

Yeah, he left before. This is made clear in TCW. Or, at very least, he was already a Sith Lord by that time and was calling himself "Tyranus".

Nah we've seen it before in the previous continuity, as a Knight he had a green lightsaber. As a Jedi Master he had a blue one. Unless you're asking within the current continuity then I believe so yeah.

The first time in canon, yeah.

Although he used the same lightsaber as a Jedi in Legends as well:
