Nothing is missing.

That 'fight' was just Tarkin imagining himself slaughtering his subordinate. Didn't actually happen.

Anyway, I thought the issue portrayed Tarkin's 'Tarkinness' decently enough(better than I expected from Pak, at least.) I also appreciated its direct references to the Tarkin novelization. 👆

I mean TW, previous continuity, Tarkin landed a Republic warship on a group of protesters doing a sit-in at a starport, killing dozens and wounded hundreds.

Of course Tarkin is an ass.

Near the start of the issue it is noted that Krennic has already been killed. Mid-issue we see Leia aboard the Death Star and the destruction of Alderaan. At the end of the issue Tarkin is critiquing his officers' performances during the operation, and 'disciplining' them accordingly.

Rebellion Special/Yoda:
