The truth is, people complain about the constant political deadlock and lack of bipartisanship, but the President will always be held to a higher level of scrutiny then house reps, senators or congressmen. The average American just does not have enough of an understanding of political nuance to grasp that the President is not a strong-man who can point his fingers and make laws magically spring into existence.
I too am confident that Trump will win re-election, though. His administration being reigned in by the Dems will actually count against them in 2020 imo, because he won't be allowed to say and do as much stupid shit which means the democrat base won't be as energized. We are still our worst enemy imo
