To be fair, I know a few feminists who are the same, they're like; 'Oh you're so right, women do possess more endurance than men.' yet they fly into a rage when told that men are stronger in general. 'That's complete and utter bullsh*t, I can think of three women that are stronger than Paul Reubens, so there!'
All true, but they also have on average a higher "relative" pain threshold.

How I used to look, before countless injuries.
Emaciated?
I think healthy men look similar to what you describe but with about 20lbs more muscle than that. Perhaps even 40lbs.

True. But, as usual, the men still have women beat in very long-distance running such as the marathon:
In fact, Paula Radcliffe's world record time is so much faster than any other woman that it is likely going to be years before a woman can beat her 2003 world record. It's that amazing.

Some Mice were engineered in a similar way.

I've actually been told not to do pullovers as it sets off tendonitis but I still do them once every two weeks, silly but I have a few ice packs and sprays ready.
I was a competitive gymnast in high school. To this day, I have not had an injury. I can still do all of my skills, it really is like riding a bicycle. I have to push harder, I land harder, and it is harder on my joints, because I am not in competitive shape anymore. I have lost a lot of flexibility too, but it would come back pretty quickly if I started training again. That is one of my goals, to get back on the apparatus again. But between work and volunteering, I do not get to the gym as much as I need to to get there.

The thing is it doesn't bother me if women have greater levels of endurance. Just like the studies that show men are more likely to be geniuses than women, but also more likely to be below average intelligence than women do not bug me.
And yep I posted a video in another thread of a feminist crying after being told men are stronger than women. It seems like the goals of some feminists went from wanting equality to wanting to be seen as equal in every way.

I did 455lbs straight-bar dead-lifts for 13 reps when I weighed 167lbs. 2 weeks prior, I competed in a powerlifting competition. In that competition, no woman in all the weight classes broke 400lbs for a one-rep max. I was 6th in my weight class.😐
That was ****ing legit man. The max I ever dead lift was 400 5x for 5 reps. Always scared of going any higher because I might injure myself.
Do you also squat?

Also, think in the Army both men and women do the same type of "military" pushup, which is very similar to a standard pushup. So Surt's point is kinda pointless.Still curious how many "lady pushups" Surt can do, let's see if he actually answers this time instead of dodging the question with another angry deflection post.
Most women in the army can’t do push to save there lives. They break 90.
Also a women’s PT standards is pathetic. All you need is an overall 160 in three events to pass. Scoring a 60% in all three. A woman between the age 17-21 age group need this bare minimum
Push ups-20
Sit ups-53
2 mile run-18 min and 50 secs.
I’ve done far better while having a messed up shoulder and a sprain ankle. I still score a 250 in the 17-21 age group. I had no choice but to take it for the board, less I wanted to wait another 2 months. And **** that!

Probably your diet. Also do more cardio and core exercises. One thing that happens when you get older, you tend to get a pot belly even if your in decent shape. It happens because most people don’t really target that part of the body.

I do. All the time. But not super heavy anymore. The most I did was 3 sets of 5 with 455 when I was training for collegiate football. I felt a sharp pain in my right petaller tendon when I'd warm up and I read about another dude having these same symptoms. He ended up tearing the petallar tendon doing lunges because he refused to listen to the pain and he paid for it.
So I stopped with the heavy squats. The most I will do is 315, these days. I do many more reps than before. And my legs look much better now than they did when I was training for football.
Probably the best advice I have for young people: stop lifting for your ego. The injuries are just not worth it.

I actually currently only do cardio, I do an elliptical nearly every day for at least 30 minutes. When I gain weight I don't really gain it in my belly, most of it goes to my legs, I've never had like a beer belly or anything. I also do planks a few times a week and squats, but not a ton. But you're right about my diet, it's not great these days.

You know what's cool about being heavy like me? If I just go do squats in my bedroom with no equipment or added weight, it's basically squatting 300lbs, I can get a good workout for free.
