There's reports of women being trapped under a guy during intercourse, because they had a heart attack or otherwise passed out.

I know a woman, about five foot, approx 140 pounds.

She can pick up and carry a 200 pound man on her back without getting out of breath.

She's a great person to work with.

Also, think in the Army both men and women do the same type of "military" pushup, which is very similar to a standard pushup. So Surt's point is kinda pointless.

Your sedentary lifestyle is awful for the body, especially someone with a bad back. You should work on doing more than sitting on the computer chair only to move to the couch for the majority of your day.
