My knees seem fine.

Can confirm. I checked your knees last night when you were sleeping and I was hiding under your bed.

Wait you were under the bed and didn't even reach out to me even though I was in his closet?

Damn. Just...damn.

And I know your knees are fine going by how often you drop to them for me.

This whole thing is devastating.

I actually currently only do cardio, I do an elliptical nearly every day for at least 30 minutes. When I gain weight I don't really gain it in my belly, most of it goes to my legs, I've never had like a beer belly or anything. I also do planks a few times a week and squats, but not a ton. But you're right about my diet, it's not great these days.

Change your eating period to a 9-10 hour period from when you first ingest something into your body other than water. You will notice significant improvement in fat loss and muscle building.

Friend's wife is a dietician and I've had some fantastic conversations with her about modern eating habits and how they may actually be bad for us, we eat too many meals in a day, we eat breakfast too soon in the day, our lunches aren't big enough, etc. It's fascinating stuff I'm finding.

Bigger lunch's?

Makes sense, I guess. Blood sugar, and working people aren't really in a position for frequent snack.

I should probably hit a dietician just to see where am at. The army has them and their free.
