Think of it this way to help you digest the facts Squall is laying out:
There's a lot of teen pregnancy in the Midwest due to how stupid and ignorant the Victorian morals are (wait till your married, abstinence only education in schools, etc.). Pointing this out by calling the Christian Midwesterners ignorant and harmful for their practices is acceptable. But it is every bit as "terrible" as pointing out the same thins Squall is pointing out.

The Greater Middle East was a political term coined by the second Bush administration in the first decade of the 21st century, to denote various countries, pertaining to the Muslim world, specifically Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Various Central Asian countries are sometimes also included.
In terms of geopolitics most consider it the middle east still, whilst geographically it isn't. When Squall X talked about middle east ****ing goats, he's using Bush's term.
