Not that it makes too much difference. If travel speed includes running, then it includes movement. If Mjolnir and Surfers board are sentient, then they could also navigate around a speedster in a fight.
When Thor and Surfer are clashing into each other at super speed through space, they are basically fighting like speedsters.
Then you have all of their AOE attacks which obviously helps against a speedster anyway. On top of the travel speed and the sentient weapons which apparently do have light speed reflexes.

I'm looking for a specific comic series. I forgot the name. But basically it takes place in a high school. The only.way i can even describe the series is ( the series lost taking place in a high school setting). I remember it just kept getting more weird without any explanation on what the hell was happening. I gave up and decided to come back to in when the series finished
That's the thing I dont remember and I'm almost positive I read like 40 issues of that series. But I couldn't tell you a name only that it was in a high school and time travel , cloning , and alternate timelines were involved. One of the teachers I believe was actually from the future and teaching themselves as a high schooler. It was weird with no explanation on wth was happening. Its why I stopped reading
