It's just hard to believe he got away with it his whole life, in an industry where creators generally got dirt.
I mean, why didn't DC just check his age? Why give him a sweetheart deal for life for it? Why not at least make the deal to avoid a lawsuit, confirm the age, and annul it for fraud down the line?
And all the bad stuff about him, isn't it really a word of mouth thing? People said stuff about him being a jerk, and hiring people to do art for him, but do we really know for a fact it happened?
