Ok I see. I get what you're saying. "Deciding is moot." A better way for me to have said it is the way Galan put it "can't be beat."

Well reason why I said it was moot, was because he can ramp up (and think at superspeed).

So let's say he's losing a fight against Alfred. Alfred's beating the hell out of him, he's about to die, etc.

Then he remembers his own dad, Jon, Lois, whatever, digs deep, and finishes the fight with a punch that sends Alfred to the moon. Stops holding back.

It's moot because either way, he still sends Alfred to the moon. Just at varying points in the battle.

Right right right. I very much appreciate the clarification.

Side note: If there are any artists in the forum, I would very much like to see Alfred beating the hell out of Superman.... Ownage style... I'm keeping it relevant 😮‍💨

Ask and ye shall receive

jawdrop

Well there we have it. Alfred is banned

Haha yeah. But the in character vs full capacity 'debate' isn't actually a debate, more people misunderstanding the rules, to me.

From what I can see, they mistake 'holding back for the sake of the story' as a character trait, when it's really just plot induced stupidity. And then they go the opposite extreme, in an attempt to prove their point ('well, in that case, Surfer opens singularities in their eyes whilst his board flies at a million times c and he transmutes them to snow and he makes himself intangible, then travels back in time to attack them as a baby!!!!'😉

Its just a pity Carver didn't see all these to chime in.

Question, Current Mobius is supposed to be Perpetua's son, but he got take out by the ALE in Darkseid War. That shouldn't be possible though right? Multiversal being and a universal artifact? Is it possible that the ALE is one of the 7 powers and is more than universal in nature?

It's an interesting question, because the 'true' version of Mobius/Anti-Monitor we saw in Justice League obviously doesn't look anything like the Mobius/Anti-Monitor that Perpetua originally created:

So maybe when he split from the ALE it weakened him more than anyone thought? Or perhaps when that version of him was reformed in the 6th dimension, it was weaker then it had previously been?

Not entirely sure...

👆 thanks for the explanation

So I haven't looked myself, as I don't want to make my eyes bleed, but are other forums still melting down over Supes's new feat?

Nothing, really.

Same shit other characters have done, but their feats have been nitpicked to death.

This forum needs a rest from Superman threads in general, so it's not like this one feat did this.

The colorist of the comic did confirm that Superman destroyed the multiverse.

Carver will try to ignore it

Waiting for the tears and excuses. Because I don't know how these guys could try to distort this comic/feat anymore.

Carver: what are some of DC's multiverse durability feats?!!

That captainmarvel11 guy could do anything to lowball it. Look out for country level multiverse.
