He mentions it in a scene where he’s talking/fighting with Toni Ho. I think he tries to recruit her and mentions that he’s not ”the big brain” that he was pre SW.
Dunno if that’s still a plot point or just forgotten/ignored. Marvel should use him much more sparingly because this is how comic villains get watered down.
