DC's Legion of Super-Heroes: Millennium to Launch New Ongoing Series
In September, Brian Michael Bendis and a team of all-star artists, including Jim Lee, Nicola Scott and Dustin Ngyuen, re-introduce the classic 31st century super-team in Legion of Super-Heroes: Millennium, a two-issue series designed to explore DC's Rebirth timeline, bringing various continuities together as one for the first time. The miniseries is designed as a prelude, leading directly into an ongoing Legion of Super-Heroes series to be helmed by Bendis and Ryan Sook.
Legion of Super-Heroes: Millennium follows one main character, someone Bendis says is very familiar to DC fans who has found herself newly endowed with immortality. As the character learns to cope with her situation, she -- and readers -- will travel across a thousand years into the DC Universe's future, bringing what were once disparate continuities all into a single timeline that leads to the Legion's era and new title.
The characters she encounters from the various times, and artists drawing their arcs, are:
Supergirl, drawn by Jim Lee
Batman Beyond, drawn by Dustin Nguyen
Kamandi, drawn by Andrea Sorrentino
Tommy Tomorrow, drawn by André Lima Araújo
Booster Gold, drawn by Nicola Scott
OMAC, drawn by Jim Cheung
A DC “off-world” chapter, drawn by Jeff Dekal
Legion of Super-Heroes, drawn by Ryan Sook

why is it that geoff johns always seems to link one of the flashes to most of his events in a very big way?flashes are cool and everything but he seems to make them seem more important then they should be,
I guess it depends on how important you think the Flash should be. Barry and Wally tend to have big roles in most of the big DC events, to be fair.

So creating some plantlife is the icing on the cake, iyo?
Not what I'm saying. Said he brought life to a "planet". Also, I never mentioned Superman. All I said was, the ft is beastly. Him withstanding a Blackhole for some yrs AND him creating a sun that lit up a planet.

for instance i mean that in final crisis flash was the first to learn about darkseid. and now in dd clock hes the first who learned about manhattan.why does johns always have a flash figuring out things first?
...He's been vigorously wanking the Flash family for like 15+ years now.

You could see that way back in JLA/Avengers, when Wally made first contact with Marvel. And of course, Barry and Zoom with Flashpoint.
There's a story there somewhere, of Waverider, the Linear Men, or Rip Hunter and Booster Gold being at odds with the Flash Family.
With all the time they all spend outside of the time and space, there should always be a version of them that would detect any changes, and act to reverse said changes.

Lmaooo..and Ppl STILL putting Supes and SS in the same Tier🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣unbelievable
Surfer has been more herald than Supes for years and this just supports it even more
Stoking the fires of delusion.
That being said, here's how I see the Surfer feat:
He chucked Stormbreaker out of a black hole
He ripped out of a black hole seemingly physically to save others
And this exertion and distraction weakened him to a point he couldn't escape himself
The black hole was also pretending to act like a black hole for once, which is always a pleasure to see (time shatters, reality is effed in the Carvehole). While Surfer was effected by it, he still withstood it while saving everyone.
He then either lands at the conclusion of the black hole, or in a place he arrived in after messing with the fabric of the black hole. The planet is not in the black hole.
This place if combining with Venom #4 might be a different dimension - Knull calls it his dimension. All the area is shrouded in darkness with Knull blinking out stars with darkness.
He creates a mini star while weakened that clears the shroud off the planet.
It is my opinion that he lights the entire planet and his star is this planet's "long forgotten sun" due to everything in the galaxy being dark, not just the planet. Doesn't ultimately matter though. Lighting up a planet is whatever.
And beats Knull's sentries which are symbiotes covering Gods.
It seems the doorway is in an alternate place from said alternate place. Which is in 616. It's the same place as when Gorr first found the Necrosword iirc. If it's the same, and combining it with a preview wording, it's a whole galaxy that Knull was shrouding in the abyss.
Anyway, good feats. Completely blows away say the way Thor is being written, but you'd have to be retarded to think this in any way compares to the way Superman has been written lately.
While I do like the way he's writing Surfer, and obviously like the feats so far, I am worried about his Knull fixation. I don't want the first possibly good Surfer stories to become focused on Venom shit. Mind you if he could center this to be more Knull than Symbiotes I wouldn't mind. I'd rather expand the actual character than the consequences of his actions. Even Gayson Aaron seems to be going back to Necrosword shit for his shit story, and is now retroactively Symbiote shit. Venom shit everywhere.
If we're getting Knull, focus on the actual character.
Huge huge fan of getting the script though. I'd love to see some Morrison scripts, or even some Jason Aaron scripts [Thor gets knocked out and I go against things I wrote previously].

You can't possibly compare the two feats and figure out a "limit" to base Superman so it can be whatever he needs it to.
Superman can do whatever he wants to do. Surfer mimicking that ability in one issue does not reflect back on Superman. Poor Superman that he will never replicate that exact feat... he can only do everything else because he is literally a plot device due to his nature. Give him a couple weeks and he'll do something retarded again. Give Surfer only Donny Cates and he'll rack up 1/12 of it. Impressive yes, but that relies on writers who aren't beholden to Marvel Earth standards. Superman appears every week multiple times and even writers like Bendis love him.
It's simply not the same, nor will anything Surfer ever does put him beyond Superman. Superman will always get amazing feats. Surfer is not respected, and when he is, it's still below the respect Superman gets.
Let's just be glad he's not getting treated like Thor - who is a prime example of how important respect is.
