It's also shit because there are no stakes. They're harping on about how the JL are dead and boohoo.....but readers know they'll be back in a few months.

Not to mention, other books act like it's not even happening.

It also seems they aren't really dead, just trapped in their own realities like Barry did.

No, but I think the recent issue is better compared to previous issues. Though it mainly because I feel the plot finally begun moving

The only point of interest was what was revealed in the brief interaction between Hal and Pariah, but it wasn't compelling or innovative.

Spoiler:
The Justice Society and the Legion of Doom
showing up didn't do anything for me.

Even Death Metal set up the thing with Perpetua and Batman Who Laughs. But Dark Crisis seem directionless.

We have four factions: the Justice League, Black Adam's faction, Slade's faction and Pariah's faction. All heroes and villains are lined up, but there's no goal or purpose, and it feels dragged out and contrived. The heroes act like Slade shooting someone in the fact is uncharacteristically evil, like he's never done anything like it before.

They were reduced to skeletons, but from what Hal found out they're obviously returning.

The only matters in this fomation seems to be Pariah's part. Black Adam looks like a recycled Forever Evil and Justice League/Deathstroke part really unnecessary imo. Should just throw that part to tie-ins or something

There's more to it than just badly paced and contrived writing, there's also the lack of coordination with the other runs.

In Dark Crisis Cark is dead, but in Action Comics he runs around on Warworld. Black Adam is active in Dark Crisis despite being mortally infected and having to find a successor in his own book. Do these events occur before and after Dark Crisis? And if so why?

With Death Metal the other stories revolved around the Crisis somehow, but now it's just a disconnected mess. It doesn't even feel like an event.

So Magneto died.

Or...

What about that ridiculous Arrakoan chick whose power was literally being unable to lose?

Why she wasn't bothered to face Uranuos?

Should have guessed.

Thanks 👆

Bit ches, am I right?

100% right 👆

PS. Your theories about Magneto being a pure energy being are turning out to be correct, I imagine you're very busy pleasuring yourself right now 😍 Just remember, you're not a teenager anymore, slow down a bit.

I don't think they'll fully go with this.

Maybe lines in passing about how EM energy keeps him young and he can use it to improve/replace body functions [as here], but full-on X-Men: The End state never.

Yeah her power has a lot of loopholes to exploit.

I kinda like it like that. Turns it into less of a quasi reality warper, into a she knows how to weigh the options up.

Never say never, Phil.

Living Laser and Electro say hello.
