And Stoic's username is perfectly normal.

But he types from iOS --- those apostrophes are not supported, same with any other special characters we choose to include in our posts.

Phil is the only [active] poster whose very username is the problem.

It was working fine before 2015.

Standard quote function doesn't in that case. Same with editing.
