And it's funny because every time there's an explanation of these super-universal structures it always ends up being extremely reductive by some implication.

Why are you so protective of DC?

I'm fully convinced that if I were to make a Batman versus Spider-man thread you'd argue that Batman would win, despite not having any superpowers whatsoever, falling back on the time where Batman took down half the Justice League to then elaborate on how powerful the characters he just took down are.

Batman: Confidential #53

It's disingenious bullshit. A versus debate shouldn't be a matter of favoritism. Instead, it should be a matter of hard analysis.

let's be honest though batman's ability to beat the JLA has even been used by Prometheus to beat the JLA including Batman.

I fail to see how that's relevant.

The point is that a large portion of the forum relies on these types of arguments.

😂

We are talking about a fictional omniverse and you're talking about physics.

Because you're a dunce who can't seem to understand basic rules of fiction.

Because I like it?

This guy's so mad I don't favor marvel everytime.

Like Beyonders and Celestials are infinite on implications but DC multiverse isn't. You're a marvel fanboy, let's not kid here.

This just in, marvel omniverse is fragile as significant portion of the omniverse was getting destroyed when the french and english empires of an alternate earth went to battle in New Exiles.....

Whirly Vs Bentley. Egads!

Marvel omniverse is so fragile that a planetary bomb threatened to destroy it. From Chaos Engine trilogy.

That's the old cosmology, things are very different since Ewing introduced new concepts like multiversal cycles from the main multiverse and external multiverses seem to be completely unlinked from the main Marvel multiverse nowadays.

Anyway, the main multiverse does have a weakness, it is that if you make a deep journey to before the birth of the 4th cosmos, you find yourself in the fight between the first sentry and the primal void, you only need a little power to destabilize that fight and what will happen is that the subsequent multiverses will no longer exist. But there are still infinite multiverses and dimensions outside this multiversal cycle.

Everything is canon in marvel.

Nah, your memory is just failing you. Time flies on KMC like crazy.

Last time Raz accepted username changes was circa 2019, some time before Avengers: Endgame hit the theaters for the first time.

I don't think this counts as official but it's pretty interesting nonetheless. According to a diagram published by Jump, Saitama supposedly has infinite strength.

https://youngjump.jp/onepunch_info/hero/1/index.html

Click on Saitama when he pops up from the right to access the diagram.

Since it's a mobile site so I'll include a screen capture.

強さ translates to strength.

For reference, Boros has a strength stat of 5 (which I think is supposed to be maxed-out).

Anything new happened with Sentry recently? Last I heard he got killed by someone called Knull.

OAS! Welcome back.

And no, no new Sentry stuff after Knull tore him apart

Okay thanks amte, and how's things? I do wish that they had kept Sentry in that merged with the Void form in the red and black costume, that character might have had some potential I thought.

Things are good for me, no real change these days but can't complain. Yeah I actually quite liked the design and colour scheme of that Merged Sentry. You missed a fun debate the other week on Saitama from OPM Vs Sentry (well, it was a gauntlet lol).

Did anyone read Dark Crisis (on Infinite Earths #4) so is the Multiverse going to replace the Omniverse or what's going on? I'm specifically thinking of Lex's quote.

I think it’s the current multiverse with a new multiverse. I didn’t read the tie in just these main 4 so I might be missing details mentioned in another book.

Hmmm Cavill and Denzel in the MCU? Wonder who they'll play

Nighthawk and Hyperion would be great.
