"i'm sorry anakin.... for all of it."

that line got me. excellent delivery by ewan.

Without watching the rest of the series, I was like... dude you tried your best, but... I get why you're so distraught and feel like everything is your fault. It's a natural human reaction when a person you love has fallen so far whether or not it's your fault from an objective point of view.

Not trying to be a hater but this series would've been utterly superfluous if George Lucas just scripted/directed/let these actors display that during his prequels.

I think you two are misunderstanding one another.

The Hulk is a vessel for the One Below All, i.e. the Hulk contains the One Below All and it's through the Hulk the One Below All acts. Avatar refers to the reincarnation of a god, e.g. Krishna is an avatar of Vishnu (i.e. a god taking on flesh) and technically the Hulk isn't that.

Carver only wants to have hulk beat up TOBA to show he's the most powerful being and can beat TOAA too. Rest are just ancillary.

Doomsday just beat up Supergirl with an armor designed to fight God (provided by the First of the Fallen) and casually oneshot Martian Manhunter.

Lulz

This is like the third(fourth?) time Doomsday assrapes Martian Manjobber with utmost ease, right?

Yes

That's J'onn's actual superpower, to be fair.

I don’t trust the first of the fallen. He tricked doomsday and he could have tricked Kara into fighting doomsday.

He was still king instead of beating doomsday and possible having him come back stronger he had to defeat him without getting involved. He basically took away the belief in doomsday by tricking him and showing everyone who is boss.

I don’t think the armor was enough to challenge God if worn by FOF. But it did power Kara with the souls of the damned and for doomsday to beat both mm and amped Kara effortlessly shows you how powerful he is or has gotten in hell. This story also states that he tried to come back from a memory.

MMH vs DD obviously doesn't count on CV,CBR and Spacebattles

Sadly, Doomsday couldn't ko Martian Manhunter. Hunter took those hits like a champ.

Doomsday getting smarter and turned into a cannibal. Crazy if he ever makes it out of hell.

Same way Piccolo's is. The green guys are really just stand in's for black guys. 👆

Aside from the fact that FotF is pretty much the epitome of an unreliable narrator, I don't think there's any way in Hell(pun intended) that his armor would put him nearly on par with God.

It's one thing to face/fight God. It's an entirely different thing to challenge/beat God.

DD will definitely make it out of Hell.

There's nothing to suggest FotF was lying.

Even facing God in the armor is a ****ing insane level of power.

Doomsday took it apart like paper. It's an insane showing by any metric.

Aside from it again directly states Doomsday's regen extends to just need memory to reconstruct itself.
Doomsday also would have resurrected itself just by MMH's psychic link with him in this issue

He doesn't have to have lied. Just because he had an armor fashioned to fight God doesn't necessarily mean that it would be particularly helpful against God.

No, Doomsday wasn't able to scratch or buckle it, that's why he didn't notice that Kara had escaped while holding onto it.

Carver is probably celebrating because what you're doing isn't buffing Doomsday, you're nerfing God. Eventually Doomsday is going to be knocked to the moon lose consciousness from the impact, and then he'll be able to say: "Look how weak a peer of the Presence is," and point out that you even admitted to this shit.

You're shooting yourself in the foot with this one.
