And Dr. Strange seems to be a fan of the little creature featured in the blue orb, since he has a print of it on his shirt.

But this is more of a Mr Master or Galactic Storm question. I bet all of it are from obscure Dr. Strange stories published before we were born.

Actually I'm leaning towards the gems since one of them are out of order and closer to the Tower which features a crown similar to Nemesis' crown (but without the gems).
