I personally view it as a "Force-users' precognition" situation.Does Force-users' precognition help them to some degrees to counter other characters' speed? Yes
But is Force-users' precognition the "automate win" in terms of against speed? Not ncessarily. Since there are other factors play in here. Like certain characters' speed, or skills etcAll in all, I think it comes down to individually examine each case

Wasn't Qui-Gon able to learn techniques that no other Jedi could?
That generation was stacked - wonder if other periods of Jedi were too. We had Kenobi, Qui-Gon, Yoda, Anakin, Mace, all running around at pretty much the same time.

And that ability alone literally shaped the entire OT(can you imagine if Kenobi's spirit hadn't been there to guide Luke at all, lol?) #QuiGonIs

The PT-era was absolutely monstrous. If you look at that period as a whole, you could also add Jedi like Dooku(before he defected), Quinlan Vos, Barriss Offee, Ahsoka, etc. No other era remotely approaches that roster.
...Though I will say the High Republic era, if properly fleshed out, definitely has the potential to rival it. Terrible as The Acolyte was as a whole, Qimir's battle with the Jedi was absolutely amazing. Easily the best we've had since RotS. 👆

And then I reread it, my understanding is it seems Qui-Gon lifts the ship/makes the ship "take off"
