If Batman would have helped him breach the prison, TBWL would have known something was up and wouldn't have cooperated. That was, like, the whole point of the scene.... So it was a wise choice to edit. 👆

I like how it makes more sense to Carver that a human can break into the most secure prison in the multiverse.....

But not Superman.

The anti-Superman faction will NEVER admit that Superman is as powerful as he clearly is(regardless of the upper-echelon feats he constantly preforms), because that means he's going to stomp the christ out of their pet Marvel characters... And they can't/won't accept that.

It's much easier for them to feign ignorance and trollishly lowball(trollball?), then it is for them to concede that Superman simply operates at a level that is unattainable to most other characters in comics when he needs to.
