Though it may be his best showing, seeing how he managed to dispose of Crossbones in the process, also making sure the bullets wouldn't kill him.

I just noticed that he threw his Billy club in the air and knocked out Bullseye. Freaking insane.

I dunno about knocking him out (we need to read the rest of the issue before assuming such things, carver), but he definitely tagged him there --- which is pretty crazy in itself.

No idea. I stopped reading DD after he got lectured by Parker but it's probably a writer/artist error

Rhino's have some physical attributes to dominate the pachyderm hierarchy but they are kind of passive. Elephants are king.
