Oh yeah. Kinda read it fast, but he said he can erase/destroy everything. Uber if true.

i wonder what actually happened to tbwl? they indicated that ww killed him, but thats obviously not going to be true.

maybe he pulled a darth sidious and preformed a bodyhop into flash. 😄

are they seriously going to have ww confront god in this?😬

Snyder confirmed that Presence=The Source who created DC?
But,Geoff John has implied that literally everything come from Superman.
How should we interpret this?
Difference between meta layer and in-universe layer?

Superman - Man of Tomorrow #7.

I hope it improves then.

My guess is when Perpetua is inevitably defeated, the connective energy will be used to undo the various Crisis events so that all the characters 'remember' everything that has ever happened in DC's history... Essentially canonizing it all.

It's already being teased in other books right now:

The history is all still there. It just needs an injection of connective energy to be consolidated with current DC.

Damn, now i have to read it.

I remembered that Superman merged with The Source(Presence) in DC One Million.
So, the difference between meta stuff and in-universe stuff is solved by DC One Million?
I have thought DC One Million is more important than it seems.

If you want to break it down:
-The Source/Presence creates the DC omniverse as a whole.
-The Source/Presence creates Perpetua, whose purpose is to build the mainstream multiversal superstructure/framework.
-Perpetua creates her sons(namely World Forger), whose purpose is to fill the multiversal superstructure with universes/timelines/life.
-Superman is created as a result of WF hammering out universes.
-At some point Superman's metafictional status kicks in, and the metaverse begins revolving around him -- making Supes its "greatest antibody".

tl;dr
The creation of everything in the DC omniverse is ultimately the result of The Presence's actions. Superman's meta-ness doesn't change that.

but the question is- did the presence know that the multi-verse would start revolving around superman?mmm

The real question: Will Death Metal introduce the cosmic Judges hinted in the last event? mmm

The Presence still created the Endless/Destiny... And since Destiny still presides over the multiverse, there is no reason to believe that Superman exists outside of his 'scope'(especially given that Mxy knew what Superman's entire story would be from day 1, because time does not apply to him.)

So yes, The Presence certainly knew what Superman would become.

Given that Snyder is in full "go big or go home" mode with this event, I'll be surprised(and disappointed) if the Judges don't make an appearance.

My penis is ready for this, finally a big cosmic event I've been waiting for...like 6 months already...

Superman being tortured by having to use a cross trainer was hilarious

I don't deny the fact that The Source(Presence) created DC omniverse in in-universe stuff. It can't be denied. I agree.
But,I don't want to deny Geoff John's and other writer's(like Morrison) implication that everything come from the story of Superman.
So, I am always considering how meta stuff and in-universe stuff are compatible.
Is it so strange?

So is Alan Scott still gay? Or did that stop being a thing along with Nu Lobo?

Only Earth 2 Alan is gay. Prime Alan is still straight.

Not that there's anything wrong with it. 🙂

Now, radically re-tooling an existing character with a long history on the other hand.

Ray Terril I'm more OK with, because his history isn't all that long, he's young and naive, he never actually got to experiment with dating much, and it's totally believable with someone his age.

CBR posted an article about this today.

After the Batman Who Laughs is seemingly vanquished, his forces unleash a Bruce Wayne who may very well be the most dangerous, powerful Batman ever, because he appears to have the abilities of Watchmen's Doctor Manhattan.
