Why we've seen so many silly stories/claims about her. eg the scare-tactic that she may run in 2020 and if she wins she'll implement socialism and communism (similar to the attacks on Obama), taking all your money and giving it to poor brown people. When even a cursory glance would let anyone know that she's as of right now is still 6 years to young too be POTUS or VP.

I think politicians should be experts on their platforms and also be readily aware of opposing opinions. They should be able to talk about the research in support of and in opposition to their primary platform. If they cannot, they have fundamentally failed at the very basics of their job.
If they do not understand the literature or do not make the time to become educated about their very own platform, they are unfit for the job.
This also applies to cabinet and committee appointed positions, as well. If they are the chair of a committee, they better be immersed in the topic and research. Such as Cybersecurity or drugs.

I love the narrative from people that she is being paid attention to for no reason or because people are scared of her. No, it's because she's been hyped as the future of the Democrat party by the head of the DNC and constantly says really stupid shit. She's not just some random congresswoman, she's doing interviews on CNN and 60 minutes and shit. She's all over the place so yes she's going to get commented on lol.

Worked well enough for B Clinton. Only person it didn't seem to work out for in the last 20 years was Colin Powell wrecking himself at the UN over Iraq.
