Now Nancy Pelosi is saying Trump shouldn't have the state of the union or that he should deliver it from the oval office and she blamed it on the shutdown, saying that she feared that because of the shutdown security wouldn't be good enough.

The State of the Union is a national security special event that requires the full resources of the federal government, because the top three people in the presidential line of succession—the President, the Vice President, and the Speaker of the House—will all be in the same place at the same time.

And the Department of Homeland Security and the Secret Service are currently furloughed and working without pay.

If you do not see why that is national security risk, and why an address before Congress should be delayed, or it should delivered from the safety of the Oval Office, than you are a partisan moron.
