Well the cops raided their apartment and found the bleach, ski masks, and rope, so they were clearly Jussie's henchmen. My best guess is that they made a full immunity deal in turn for telling on Jussie

The way the letters are cut out like that makes it seem like a retarded actor saw too many movies and figured this is how people truly behave. I'd be curious to know if that's actually true lol.

Did they actually throw bleach on him?

That right there would call into question him having anything to do with it. No one would take that risk, any more then they'd arrange themselves being stabbed or shot through the chest.

You're confusing bleach with hydrochloric acid, getting some bleach on you isn't really all that dangerous.
