Repeat: Yes, that's how due process works, you can personally believe someone charged or even questioned of a crime is guilty and that's fine, you're allowed your opinion. But until it's said and done, "if true" is the smart course to take.

No, you cried and said Roger wasn't guilty and that it's all a set up.

No I didn’t.

I've yet to change my original stance that Smollet should face charges if guilty.

lol

Still holding out.

If guilty, man! pained

It's amazing how people still can't take a firm stance, they have to hide behind qualifiers. They can't just come out and say something along the lines of "I believe he's guilty".

It's amazing how some people can't comprehend, actually. I said I personally believe Jussie is more likely guilty than not and if guilty he should face the consequences. I say "if guilty" as I know I'm not the judge and/or jury and won't be deciding his fate.

What an amazingly firm stance, great job!

Ah, you're trying to get me into one of your time-waster-troll traps. Noted.

You have it wrong.

He's 100% guilty. For sure.

What you mean is...there's still a possibility that some amazing lawyers, operating within the legal system, might get him acquitted on some or all of the charges.

Right?

????

Holy shit, he faces up to three years for the single charge of filing a false police report. He should have done it Colorado, the Trumper who claimed he was stabbed by a Black man antifa only faced one year in prison and a small fine.

Things to think about.

Your deflection to Trumpers has been noted. Your in full meltdown right now.

Oh?

Clearly every other post is about Trumpers

False. This is my sixth post on this page and your special trigger word has only been mentioned once and it was to note the differences in state laws.

Give it a few more posts

TBF, Jussie's claim was way more severe than simply being stabbed.

Agreed, but it's still the same charge legally it seems, a false police report on an attack.

He’s just been charged with a felony

Lol but..but..but..TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMP!

One thing I find funny is the cries from some on the left that are essentially "but why? why did he do this?!"

Again, as has been pointed out, this is because this is a country that rewards victimhood. Also, Jussie is a leftist, he's anti-trump, etc. and I'd bet dollars to donuts the guy figured the Chicago PD would not look into this that much cuz he assumed they were all just a bunch of racists who hate blacks. Thus he felt they'd do the least amount of work they could...he didn't think they'd scour a bunch of surveillance footage and since he's the "victim" I doubt he thought they'd ask to see his phone records.
