That's fair. And also something I would consider appropriate. If he is a danger to himself, he should be evaluated as being suicidal. He clearly harmed himself.
He could be required, by court order, to attend therapy sessions with a licensed mental health professional and also get a second opinion. Then present those findings to the court that he is on the right track to mental health IN ADDITION to the massive fines he has to pay for wasting everyone's time. 👆
