FFS, you always shout trolling when you can't rebut. I'm just telling you the facts and how they stand from a legal standpoint. Leave your emotions out of the equation. What happened to "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law'?

Lol Rob it's not gonna work. Everybody recognizes what you do. You troll and feign ignorance.

The bottom line is he faked a hate crime. This is not up for debate. Leave your emotions out of this, facts do not care about your feelings kiddo. This is not the hill to die on.

Special rules and feelings happened

This is a weird conversation.

Rob, Did the the 2016 election, but-hurt as it made you, strip every ounce of your ability to debate the topic at hand?

Robtarded : Why shouldn't he be allowed to perform on tv
Surly and Zuccy : Because he committed a crime. There should be some repercussion
Robtarded : But he wasn't charged. He's not a felon from a legal standpoint !

Well, no ones arguing from him being a felon from a technical standpoint. You asked about whether he should face repercussions from a non legal standpoint (i.e.: Hollywood allowing him to work again) which would be irrespective being charged with a crime and being a felon. The fact is, he did commit a crime. Prosecutors know it. Police Forensics know it, every one (even deranged libtards) know it. The right thing for hollywood to do would be to disassociate with that behaviour to show that committing fake hate crimes is unacceptable.

Even the prosecutors say he lied lol. Do better for yourself.

Hurr-Durr, you sure countered the facts. Smollet was not charged, let alone convicted of a felony. This is just a fact.

You're now copying what I said to you on the last page about leaving your emotions out. That means you're done here.

TBF, charges were dropped, so why shouldn't he work, especially considering a lot of people thing he's very talented?

I don't personally know, never watched the show or seen him in anything.

Do you actually believe for a second that he's really innocent? OJ got off too... That doesn't mean shit as far as Hollywood is concerned. We're talking about an industry where a racist joke can sink your career.

You're strawmanning again.

this is confusing. We learned from all the trumpers barking victory over the Mueller report (or lack of) that the opinions of prosecutors do not matter. So...I want to be careful with your feelings, but all these special rules are difficult to keep track of 🤪

Personally, no, he seems guilty as sin. But I leave my feelings out of legal matters.

Hey, Mel Gibson is back to working and he's as Rightist as they get.

See below, pick one stance in regards to what prosecutors say and if it counts, I personally don't care which you pick, but pick one and stick with it across the board:

I'm just talking about reality. He faked a hate crime. This fact has not changed lol. Jesus this is getting desperate and sad.

You dodged again. Does the word of prosecutors count or not even if charges are not filed? Pick one, sport. Can't be both.

But you're using a false equivalency. Do better.

Dodge x 3

It's not, they're comparable in regards to what prosecutors and how much weight their words carry. Moving on.

We don't have someone saying "we don't exonerate, but he also didn't commit a crime". Explain how it's the same.

The difference being that prosecutors in Trump's case don't believe he colluded with Russia and there's no evidence he even talked with Russians during the election.

As For Jussie, The police forensics report said the wounds were very LIKELY self-inflected by Smollett himself to further give credibility of the hoax attack. This is reflected when we already know that the CPD stated the brothers were wearing gloves when they "attacked" him and never hit his face. Yet all of the scratches and bruises on Smollett's face were done by Smollett himself, not by the brothers. This comes directly from CPD Chief, Eddie Johnson's press conference. Furthermore Jussie contradicted his own testimonials on more than one occasion. His sole testimonial is contradicted by the lone witness who said there was no actual audible signs or sounds of struggles during the "attack"and the supported evidence from the two brothers who were contracted and paid by Smollett being video taped buying the gear for the assault.

It's pretty clear to anyone with a brain that trying to compare Jussie's fake hate crime to a bad Russian conspiracy theory doesn't jibe. But I see that's just the problem here.

Not to ruin your fun. but Jussie was charged and arrested. it's just that the charges ended up being dropped.
