There has never been a time in history that ppl have been acousted by so much information. Processing that information plus daily living, food, piss etc all takes up space in our mind. We have no direct fix to this so I won't pretend to present a solution but keep in mind, our data is farmed and easily manipulated.
Is a test a good answer, I'm not sure but I doubt you remember even half of the things you saw yesterday that still impact your choices today.
