I’m with you there as far as an actual feat goes, but then him just sayin he’s scared of another character doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s more or less powerful right? Mxy never outright stated that Perpetua was more powerful than him. She might be, I suppose, but he never explicitly said it, and never once seemed fearful of her.

Conversely, Mxy did state...multiple times...that the being who altered DC continuity(which we now know is Manhattan) was considerably more powerful than himself, and seemed legitimately scared of him:

Not sure what OP means by "senses", though..? They both can exist outside of time, and as such, their "senses" are pretty unbounded. Mxy's ability to perceive time is likely superior to Jon's, though, which would make sense. After all, Mxy has always existed as a 5th dimensional thought-form, whereas Jon was born human and gained his powers by accident.

Although I do like how Jon's perception of time was described in Watchmen Annotated:

Nope. Not even close. There were still some characters that she didn't affect; while Mxy blinked EVERYONE (Every dimension, universe, Multiverse, cosmic beings, heroes, villains, etc...) out of existence, then brought all of them back with a snap.
