Hard to form an opinion from these short clips, devoid of context. When the head of innovation says "Avoid a Trump situation", that could mean avoiding the Russian scandal, as much as avoiding Trump getting elected (Or any Republican).
Either way, the government would have moved on them with or without this.

There's another bit where she says something about tweaking the search engine to recommend things similar to things you like, and uses an example of liking Timcast or Fox, and getting a recommended msnbc or Washington Post (I found it kind of odd a Post recommendation was in my cable TV youtube app.)
You'll still get your subscriptions and normal stuff, just with additional recommendations.
