Astro force don't mean nothing to Norrin. Since Eternals are essentially New gods of Marvel and Ikkrus is up there in power I would even more than Orion. Norrin could asborb anything he would throw at him.

Alot of people forget Orion's wristbands have circuitry in them. That means Surfer can hax them.

Orion's harness has numerous modules that can be disconnected, reattached, reconfigured, etc. There's a module that is a Magnetism Based Tractor Beam (Surfer can hax that). There's a module that can convert and/or absorb certain frequencies of energy (Surfer can hax that). There's a module that can amp Orion's strength as long as he's in direct contact w/ the harness (this can be beaten by knocking him out of the harness. Supes has done it before.

Also, the Great Darkness Saga revealed that the harness is vulnerable to Density/Molecular Manip. Thus, Surfer can hax it.
