So considering the Texas Walmart shooting happened just 8 days ago...You just happen to be at this Walmart with your family shopping & you past this guy, fully armed wearing body armour carrying an unusually large amount of ammunition with him...pushing a trolley & filming himself.
What's your initial thoughts?
a) "Oh shit, there was that Texas Walmart shooting 8 days ago..."
b) "Don't worry wife & kids, this ONE person in Walmart is fully within his rights to open cary, wear body armour & carry an unusually large amount of ammunition to do his shopping...it's all legal."
c) "See, he's actually filming himself. It's obviously a publicity stunt...Nothing to worry at all."
d) "Normal people go to schools & work places to shoot other people, definitely not a Walmart!"
I think, "He's got a nice gun. He put a lot of money into his gear. Ahh, there's the Cocoa Puffs. They sure are chooooooocolaty!
Because I live in Oklahoma and we are generally not frothing at the mouth hysterical every time we see a gun.

This is true. Especially considering what just happened with the Trumper in El Paso. But legally, it seems like this fool did nothing wrong, unless it is illegal to open-carry in a Walmart in his state. But considering you can buy a gun and ammo for that same gun and continue shopping in that Walmart, seems like open-carry is okay.
Living in England I can't really say how I would react to seeing an armed person in a store, but if I lived in the States I think it could be par for the course, the fact that he was dressed like Arnie in the final scene of Commando and he was filming on his phone would have given me greater cause for concern possibly.
